Design director with experience leading in-house and agency teams in the field of service and digital design. Jeremy was the former Director of Human Centred Design for IAG and previously Westpac and the lead consultant for live|work service design in London, where his clients included BBC, Procter & Gamble, Aviva, Barclays, Post Office, Experian, Faber & Faber.

He is co-founder of Craig Walker in Sydney, where he has worked with Australia Post, Standard Chartered Bank, ANZ Banking Group, Westfield, Ford, ARUP, TfNSW and City of Melbourne.
